Shipping

GrateGate starting systems ship by private freight because of size and weight. At checkout you pay for the product only. Once we have your delivery details, we request a freight quote and email it to you. Freight must be paid before the unit leaves the shop. Build time is about 1–3 weeks once the order is confirmed. Local pickup can be arranged when available.

Estimated freight price will be around $200. If freight is higher than you expected, reply to the quote email within 48 hours to cancel for a full product refund (before build/ship).

Returns

Because each system is handcrafted and freight is one-way, there are NO RETURNS.
